Status: Production Beta – Running on Railway with one active client, stable and bug-free so far.
AppInventarios is a SaaS web application for real estate companies to manage property inventories for both acquisition (captación) and delivery (entrega) processes.
Built with Django 5.1.5, Python 3.13.6, PostgreSQL, and deployed in a Dockerized environment on Railway with automated CI/CD.
Unlike static inventory systems, AppInventarios offers a fully dynamic form configuration: each agency can define what information to collect, how many environments a property has, and the items per environment — all with digital signatures and PDF generation.
-
Dynamic Form Builder

- Delivery form supports adding unlimited environments and items.
