Basic release of RPBA with small bug fixes

This releases fixes a couple of small issues in the basic release (thanks to Luman Yang) and adds a small number of (commented out) lines in rpba.cpp which can be used to produce a file with 3D point coordinates suitable, e.g., for visualization by means of CloudCompare, without the points deleted during robust estimation.
