adjust window flags

This does two things:

1. It changes Full Screen from Unsupported to Auxillary Window, so it can appear in the same space as a full screen window.
2. It changes Spaces from Inferred Behavior to Move to Active Space, so the window will jump to the current space when preferences are opened, instead of the current space being changed to where the preferences window happens to be.
