Restore backups

This PR aims to implement a way of restoring the tarball backups created by backupdate.

Caution

In its current state, restore.sh makes a lot of assumptions about your environment. Please only run this script if you know what you are doing.

Tip

If you're using an environment like Proxmox, Hyper-V etc. I recommend you take a snapshot before running this script.

• You must run the script from the same directory as your tarball backups
• You must only have one tarball backup for each unique volume and the stack directory (not multiple dates)
• The stack and the volumes you want to restore must not currently exist (including the contents of the directory)
• Use canonical paths when providing the requested input
