Everything seems to be aligned with the other released applications.
From the internal testing that was made, we can now release this to the community.

Add Initial LoadCells GUI Application
This pull request introduces the first version of the LoadCells GUI application to the repository. The App allows the configuration and monitoring of the device. It follows the new applications already released for the Olfactometer and SyringePump devices.
