This project consists of replicating the analysis contained in the paper A simultaneous EEG and eye-tracking dataset for remote sensing object detection.
Here is a brief description of the files in this repository:
- edf_analysis: folder containing codes used to analyze edf files and their events
- edf_et_filtering_processing: folder containing codes used to filter ET files and add custom events to EEG files
- phase 1: folder containing the 2 codes from the original repository, plus two other codes that were useful for studying the heatmaps and creating the missing gaze_point folder
- eegnet: folder containing the definition of the EEGNet along with the 3 different training modes (test_MOD is for each participant, test_all_MOD is with total aggregation, test_split_MOD is with the division of participants between train and test)
All the experiments are based on the EEGET-RSOD dataset. You must download the dataset and change the file paths within each file to match its location on your machine.
