- optional additional themes replace the previous theme instead be appended as new css (Issue Do a replacement of the css instead of keep on appending #7)
- optional additional themes no longer replace the default themes but are concatenated with the default themes and sorted alphabetically afterwards
- loadtheme setting now overrides the theme stored in the cookie
- completed the list of default themes with the jQueryUI "base" theme titled "No theme"
- added an empty css file as additional theme in sample.htm to remove any jQueryUI css
