Summary

add src/mail-backend/runtime-config.js to isolate runtimeConfig -> Mailu adapter config mapping
simplify src/mail-backend/index.js so it focuses on backend selection rather than config translation
keep mail backend behavior unchanged while making Mailu adapter wiring easier to reuse
