Most of the Windows APIs are finished and driver.c can be used to test them.
cpu_util_percent is not done hence test_cpu_util_percent and test_cpu_util_percent_per_cpu fails.
test_process_windows sometimes fails (if the pid used for getting Process information is current process pid).
