net_if_stats API is not found in psutil 2.1.2 (but found in psutil 5.2.2)
net_connections API removes duplicates from list of scoon tuples (like psutil 5.2.2). But psutil 2.1.2 does not removes duplicate so test_number_of_connections fails when using psutil 2.1.2.
