Solution description
Implemented session-scoped API response caching to reduce redundant API calls during TRCLI command execution, combined with existing N+1 query optimizations to improve performance for large report processing.
Changes
Added a new api_cache.py with RequestCache class, contains LRU eviction. Wrapped most of bulk fetch methods with caching layer.
Potential impacts
None. Also backwards compatible.
Steps to test
Can be tested with reports that has more than 100+ test cases.
