What does this change?
This PR is the 2nd attempt to fix the AB tests
opt-in/opt-outCODE routes after I reverted due to a console error that might affect metrics for tests.The logic is different from the first attempt so instead of relying on the CI to generate the different routes for CODE or PROD this is now decided in the client-side. Thank you @Jakeii for your suggestion!
