This changes some SDK versions to new versions. One huge impact of this is that is will allow the use or wrap_content.
wrap_content compatibility was added in 23.2.0 of RecyclerView. This project is currently using 21.0.3, which does not have this functionality. As noted here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27475178/how-do-i-make-wrap-content-work-on-a-recyclerview
There are various other changes as well. I did not make these changes, so I don't know the full impact of all of the changes. I forked these changes from someone else (bperel)
