VMEC2GEQDSK machine translated. Seems to match EQDSK generated via matlab. However, megpy has problems reading it (both MATLAB and PYTHON generated).

Plotting routines added to megpy core as well, aiding in visualising (see plot_eqdsk.py for use).
Also added a start to SFL coordinate systems.
