Forgot to include this in #82, and I figured it's a big enough change that it's worth raising a separate PR for.
This is the first "item with sub items" entry in the changelog, looks like, but when I tried to write it all as one bullet then it just became too hard to read. Feel free to reword/edit/etc when you cut the release if you don't like the multiple bullets.
