Update nmrsync

10/9/24 update

Small changes, but updating to this will require changes to input file (see new sample input file).

-option to organize data in user folders (user/instrument/data instead of instrument/user/data)

-more flexibility with age of files rsync selects to copy (min/hr/day units specified in input file)

-second rsync removed as this was confusing and be accomplished efficiently just by making a second entry in the input file 

-verbose mode option
