Adds a select menu to choose from all the ROM's and a Load button to reset the machine with the selected ROM

Adds a select menu to choose from all the ROM's and a Load button to reset the machine with the selected ROM. This is just to test a little quicker. ROM's marked with '*' do not fully work.
