Added reporting and exome calling workflows

• Added QC trim and report generating workflows.
• Added exome calling workflow.

Initial release

Basic version of varcall works under Nextflow DSL1

• Works locally and on known facilitates
• Basic QC, alignment, calling, joint genotyping, VQSR, post processing and checking works
• Each workflow currently being run individually and outputs used as inputs to next workflow
