So the error in Github actions during the build process (https://github.com/grasslandnetwork/substrate_node/actions/runs/3252512942/jobs/5341838361) looks to be upstream.

I get the same error when I try to build this branch of the original substrate-node-template that I based our repo off of.

I'll have to change the Cargo.toml packages to match the latest version of the substrate-node-template's main branch.
