This change integrates two pending PRs:

  1. Refactoring of BlizzardScene to use constants and add tests.
  2. Performance optimization for BlizzardScene on high-res displays.

The conflict in BlizzardScene.swift was resolved by applying the performance values (no glowWidth, larger lineWidth, adjusted pulse) to the refactored code structure.
HeightMap.swift was updated to use columnWidth = 8.0.
BlizzardSceneTests.swift was added to ensure regression testing.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13882622023510237200 started by @gradigit

- Merged `refactor-blizzard-scene` which introduces `Constants` enum, adds unit tests, and fixes CI color space issues.
- Merged `blizzard-performance-optimization` which improves performance on high-res displays by removing `glowWidth` and increasing `HeightMap` column width.
- Resolved conflicts in `BlizzardScene.swift` by combining the refactored structure with performance-tuned values (glowPulse, lineWidth).
