Add stale WebSocket guard to ws.onclose to avoid resolving clientReadyPromise or stopping languageClient in lspClient.ts

Add an early return in initWebSocketAndStartClient ws.onclose that checks webSocket === ws before resolving clientReadyPromise and stopping/clearing languageClient in lspClient.ts.
