Speedup of the Bilbowa utility.
Changes are splitted in 2 commits, first one modifies compiler settings - mainly enabling warnings and the O2 optimization setting; and second one changes the use of some math functions (e.g sqrt, exp) from double floating point precision, to single - this change did not seem to hinder Bilbowa, since type
realis set tofloat.Overall, both changes yield to an embeddings training time reduced by ~ 70% (tested on an Intel i5-6500).
