Updated the eve_universe.sql.zip to correct errors in wormhole data.
Added the missing F216 (56543), J244 (73748), and J377 (73749) wormholes.
Corrected the duration of small holes (except for A009) from 16 hours to 4.5 hours.
Corrected X702 max stable mass from 1,350,000 kg to 1,000,000 kg.
Corrected F329 max jump mass from 1,800,000 kg to 2,000,000 kg.
This fixes Issue #193 and Issue #186
