Added more targets to PCL

Oh, nice! I'm not so familiar with exactly what the two different profiles are (in the text), but I do want to make sure it doesn't remove support for another configuration. Is that correct?

I just added some marks but did not remove. The only thing that is missing is .NetCore.

Do you need more info? I would like to use your library in my project. But I need WP SL. I would prefer to use your nuget package instead of a package that was created from my fork.

Argh! I'm sorry I didn't see this! I see you created another package up there to get this working - looks great. I've pulled the changes in I could, and bumped the version number. I do not have anything with Xamarin installed, however, so I didn't get those. Are they needed by you? If so, can you direct me where I should do the install? If not, you can go ahead and close this pull request.

I no longer working on the project that uses this. But I will ask them if it is needed. Because of holidays this could take some time. I hope this is no problem.

I got the feedback faster then I thought. They need the Xamarin (iOS and Android app). Xamarin will install with vs 2015 (if selected). However to build iOS Apps you would need an mac. But the PCL builds without a mac.

Maybe a more future orientated approach could be to switch to .NetStandard. Than you will no longer need to worry about platforms. I think for this all your dependency's also needs to be .NetStandard (but I'm not sure). Unfortunatly the package you depend on does not have an issues tab in GitHub, so it will be hard to ask them if they plan to support this.
