This PR adds support for dynamic anchor and zIndex properties within the Clustering API by utilizing CompositionLocal for property propagation.
The implementation updates ComposeUiClusterRenderer to dynamically handle these states and includes a demonstration of the new functionality in the MarkerClusteringActivity.
