presencePenaltyis missing in theGenerationConfigtype definition and I'd like to fix it.The description was just copied from the latest https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/model-reference/inference#generationconfig
I have not changed
validateGenerationConfigbased on #394
