Adds unique id's to chat history items to make manipulating history easier and less error prone. The
idis optional in theContenttype to avoid breaking typescript projects. I'm on the fence as to whether this should or shouldn't be optional, but it seems like making it mandatory would be a breaking change. I'm fine with this being a breaking change but wanted to first introduce the least disruptive change. There may be ramifications I'm not thinking of by making theidoptional.
