Update reflectable code generation to use analyzer version ^10.0.0.
Note that
exported_main_test.dartandexported_main_lib.darthave been removed:dart testrefuses to run a test that doesn't declare amainfunction (and this one re-exports amainfromexported_main_lib.dartrather than declaring it). I requested a fix here: dart-lang/sdk#62550.Prepares reflectable for a release as 5.2.0 and reflectable_builder for a release as 1.2.0.
