feat: Long Term Memory for ADK using Cognee

• Agents need long-term memory for personalized responses over generic responses. To make this happen the preference needs to be persisted.
• For the state of the art approach, we need Multi-layer knowledge graph approach this is where Cognee have a official Google ADK and Cognee integration where one can connect Google ADK Agents with Memory using Cognee tools:
  • add_tool: To save the interactions and preferences
  • search_tool: To retrieve the relevant experience and preference for the given user_query
