`AccessibilityForwarder` is not a "task" per se, but an app to easily create tasks based on A11y events and UI trees. This change removes these stale references (from 2021!) since we already [open sourced the app](https://github.com/google-deepmind/android_env/tree/main/android_env/apps/java/com/google/androidenv/accessibilityforwarder) in our main repo.
