This PR does 3 things:
dataparameter toSynset.relations()andSense.relations(), following the behavior of other methods, that returns a mapping ofRelationto related whenTrue, and (as currently) a mapping of relation names to lists of related whenFalse.Synset.relation_map()andSense.relation_map()methods.Sense.synset_relations()method.
