This PR is meant to address #136 - as mentioned in that issue, Chart Studio has been shut down so that Plotly can instead focus on Plotly Studio and Plotly Cloud. In the future we should explore whether there are any possible integrations with those, but for now this PR removes all of the Chart Studio content from this package so that we aren't providing something that doesn't work.
