Initial beta release

First beta release.

• It replaces gendered pronouns, including compound pronouns ("he or she") and contractions ("he's", "she'll") on all web pages. Replaced pronouns are underlined.
• A header informs the user of system status and provides buttons to hide the header or restore the original page content.
• It does not replace gendered pronouns on pages with personal pronoun specifiers (such as "they/them") or that include gender as a topic. It highlights these stopwords.
• It does not replace text in editable fields.
