This repository contains code associated with the above paper.
Each script in "scripts" holds functions to reproduce figures. "plot_uncoupled" has code associated with Figure 1. "plot_single_pop.py" has code for Figure 2. "plot_exc_inh.py" has code to reproduce Figures 3, 5, and 6. "plot_fluctuations.py" has code to reproduce Figure 4.
Before running a script, make sure to update the project root directory at the top of the file.
