Code to reproduce figures 1-3 of "Field-theoretic approach to compartmental neuronal networks: impact of dendritic calcium spike-dependent bursting."

The respository is pip-installable (clone it, then from the project folder "pip install -e .") To reproduce the rasters and rate plots of figures 1-3, run the script plot_fig123.py

Note: the scripts assume that they are run from the project root directory, e.g., as "python scripts/plot_fig1.py", to find the correct data and figure directories
