- Port wrk 4.1.0 changes
- cherry-pick important updates from wrk master branch post-4.1.0 release

Sorry for the delays on this, but I have a Mac system now and I can reproduce this locally. I'll work on getting the build error resolved. |

FWIW - this compiles and runs for me on both Mojave and linux (ubuntu 16.04) 🎉 . I get nan latency/rps for thread stats but that seems to be an existing issue with wrk2, not related to this port. |
