Release with DOI

Nothing has changed, but added a DOI to cite repo in my thesis

First official release:

• AbPyTools final API (for now)
• Early work documentation page
• Pypi distribution with Cython files with local compilation
  • wheels will be added later on to distribute a precompiled version
