Patch GLM

[getzze]

• correctly use QR decomposition (it was previously an alias to CG by mistake)
• use dropcollinear argument instead of pivot and allow :cholesky method alias for :chol.
• Make sure X and y have the same float eltype: convert all eltypes of GlmResp args to the eltype of the first JuliaStats/GLM.jl#369
