feat(boards): add ability to update boards

This adds a couple of changes.

• Tiles will now have an editing state.
• When creating a new board it will immediately route you to it.

Question: what is difference between setName and setNextName?

Possible improvements:

1. If user is editing card, pressing Enter will save the changes and not cause a page reload
2. If user is editing a card, clicking outside the card will save the changes and exit the edit mode
3. Clicking the card will allow the user to enter edit mode
4. Do we want default placeholder text for every card? (I'm thinking no)
