This PR fixes a potential deadlock on Android that could occur when an event is captured with a scope configuration callback during garbage collection. In this situation, using
FGCScopeGuardcould cause the application to hang indefinitely so the guard has been replaced with aSentryCallbackUtils::IsCallbackSafeToRun()check matching the approach used for other callbacks.
