MySQL 8.0 changed the server default charset from latin1 to utf8mb4. This aligns Redash's MySQL connector with the modern MySQL defaults.

utf8andutf8mb3are deprecated in MySQL 8.0 and will be removed in a future major release. This updates the default charset toutf8mb4, which is the recommended charset for all new applications.How is this tested?
