Context
We are currently allowing the user to set 3 different roles (we will call them system roles from now on): Admin, Manager and Finance. We want to allow our users to create custom roles and give them control over all the permissions for those roles.
In this first iteration, we will only allow 1 role per user but we may change that in the future

Create a whole new section named Roles in the organization settings part which allow to create custom roles and assign them to users
