fix: aurora-cli install brew stuff

the whole "new bling" thing is pretty broken. So all it now does is either add or remove the enablement line from your shells rc.

The problem also here is that when you run ujust aurora-cli and you have that already enabled -> choose disable -> this installs the cli stuff from the brewfile. So in any situation this will always install the packages from the Brewfile (well tries to, but they are already installed so it just skips them)
