The first two parallel functions (study1_simulation and multi_simulation) are confirmed working. meta_simulation has issues.

Here I clean up some piping (from magrittr to native) across a few vignettes. I also rework the parallel structure of some functions in the hiddenmeta-base vignette. Everything seems to work except for the meta_simulations parallel function, which is giving me some issues that I have not figured out quite yet.
