Summary

  • upgrade SvelteKit, Vite, TypeScript, and related dev tooling to current releases and move runtime deps to the proper section
  • adopt the new ESLint flat config with eslint-plugin-svelte and align Svelte/TypeScript configs with the updated stack
  • refresh components and routes for the new linting rules and remove the legacy package-lock so a fresh lockfile can be generated
