gratuitous reformatting are an utter pain to handle when you need to merge back changes/find a change in history :)

Wanted to clean up things to make it more "readable" but sounds fair !

ideally, the localConfig.json changes should be forward ported to https://github.com/georchestra/mapstore2-georchestra/blob/master/configs/localConfig.json since we sync from it (or strive to.)
