mostly be less strict on availability of properties

  • allow spatial as a string (description)
  • allow the use of title and abstract (if name/description not available; mix of schema.org and DC)
  • allow empty keywords
  • allow the use of types beyond schema.org (extensions) -> defaults to dataset (or should we use the type as-is)
