The ElasticSolutionModel class incorrectly calculated the "excess enthalpy".
Because the only purpose of this calculation was to calculate the total enthalpy, and because the enthalpy can be calculated more simply as H = G + TS, this PR does this instead, and removes the "excess enthalpy" calculations from the elastic solution model.
