Added --usepkg n workaround for out of tree modules, in future I'd like binaries to work but for now, always working is better than a coin toss if it will work for us until a real fix is found. Signed-off-by: Ian Jordan <immoloism@gmail.com>

Bug fix PR to correct issues with admincd and installcd merge.
Temporality disabling the Portage feature from installcd as while it work great in the original tests, it soon broke down and I'd like to spend more time working out why before re-enabling (commit message explains more.)
