In the AMR folder you find the code used to search for antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes and for species classification in samples collected in the framework of the LUCAS project.
In the Species folder you find the code used to characterize the soil samples based on the abundance of prokaryota and eukaryota. This work has been performed as part of the BSc of Valeria Fiorito.
